LED turn signals

Have any of you gotten LED 1157 bulbs for your turn signals? I just ordered a set from ebay that has 32 LED's.... and I just heard from someone that if you use LED bulbs... your turn signals will "hyperflash"... indicating a blown bulb because the LED's are such low amperage. If any of you have ran into this problem... let me know. I know you can get a resistor to correct the problem... I'm just tryin to figure out if I am going to need the resistor or not! Thanks for any help you give me!

Have'nt tried the 1157 bulbs, since mine requires 7440, but post pics when you install them. I would like to see the light output. And, yeah, you are going to need a load resistor to power them.

Does anyone know... I just found that they have replacement flasher relays... does anyone know if these will work or where it is located? I did a search and found NOTHING. http://www.superbrightleds.com/tail-brake-turn.html is where I'm going to buy from IF it will work... but I don't know if ours is 2 pin or 3 pin or if it will even work at all! Someone smarter than me PLEASE help me out! Thanks.

Side markers

Im trying to install clear side markers on my 2000 Maxima. I'm struggling to get the stock red and amber side markers off. Any information on how to do this would be greatly appreciated. You can email me at finer1003@rcn.com

Hey buddy... just so you know it's in the owners manual... but whichever lense your trying to pry off... you want to pry from the point nearest the center of the car... It is so very easy... but I did the same thing you did. Always pry from the center of the car... and put a towel around the screwdriver.

Newbie, hijacking threads!

Also, do you guys really like the way the leds look in your turn signal and parking light housings? I tried them several times and I gotta say, that they didn't illuminate the entire lens like a reguar bulb does. Do the ones with like 9 leds in them do a better job? I have tried ones that have around 6 leds in them and they still did not impress me.
