any help will be appreciated..... when i bought my car the SLIP and TCS Off light were solidly illuminated and i cant get it to go off. i have serched and no luck. anybody got any ideas?

 

Sound like a coil issue. Have you pulled any codes from the ECU? Code P1320 is related to the coils. Very common in 2k-2k1 models.

 

Your 2000SE has lights? In the thread "'00 SE totaled Buying another. Few questions?" we have been discussing limited slip and traction control... And no, we haven't reached any conclusions... You must have an automatic...? My '00 5sp had LSD and TCS and no dash lights

 

yeah thats it. my brother and me are clueless. there is no code, the ecu is clean. i cant turn traction control on or off. the switch doesnt work either i guess. i dont know.

 

Man you guys are confusing me. I thought that only Automatics had TCS. And I thought you said this new ride was a 5 speed? Is it and auto to 5 speed swap? Or am I jsut completely lost? Maybe I should just go to sleep.....

have you checked your MAF? when i installed my intake, i accidentally forgot to plug the Wires back onto the MAF and i got the same thing happening. When i plugged it in, it went away.
