Found this on Performance Nissan site, seems comparable to the Stillen. Does anyone have this RSB?

That's no surprise I guess... given their reputation.

That looks like the Stillen knock-off that people used to get on eBay for between $100-150.

One question for ya, why not consider a Progress RSB? It may not be as adjustable, but I doubt the difference is that significant.

I was surprised that the maker is more expensive than the vendor.

That used to surprise me too, but its like that for all their products. I guess they just mark-up more than vendors who sell their products.

I looked at those as well. I like the Stillen/Top Speed design with lack of U bolts. It also seems like the bushings would create a slight disconnect where the Stillen/Top Speed directly link the trailing arms.

I'm not sure if that's the way it works in reality though.
No, I agree. All bushings wear out.

Heh, I was just wondering where your post went. No, that sums up my thoughts on them and why I want a Stillen or Top Speed. Ok, back on topic:

Anyone with one of these, Stillen, Top Speed, ebay knock off can comment on the weight/diameter of the bar?

In practice, I don't think it makes that much of a difference, but that's just my opinion. And I think the marginal benefits to investigating this aren't worth it either.

I'm more interested in longevity, as I plan to keep the car quite a while. The bushing issue may be mute in year one...but in year 10 I believe the Stillen will be the same, where the Progress/Addco will require new bushings.

I went to mynismo.com to find out what the differences are. They don't have specs and suggested getting the weight from the shipping calculator.

Top Speed = 40lbs
Stillen = 20lbs

I just bought a pre-owned Stillen off of Ebay about three weeks ago for $135.00 and the shipping weight for the entire package was just under 20 lbs. The Stillen design is better than the Progress design strictly due to the lack of bushings, not to mention the fact that the Stillen bar is somewhat adjustable, although I doubt I ever change the location of the bar. I was looking at the Progress bar, as well, but I really wanted the Stillen bar for the price of the Progress, which is what I ended up with in the end.

Ordered my Stillen RSB from Steve at Sportcompactonly.com. (Thanks Steve!)

It arrived today two days early! Put it on my 2002 following the directions from greghome.com. Wow! What a difference. The car handles the corners much better. Going around an "S" turn on my way to work, the car would lean as if it were going off the road rather than following the wheels. Now with the RSB the lean has been eliminated. It feels very neutral.

I mounted mine as Greg did, about 1" forward from the rear beam, which should help more than mounting directly under. So far I'm very pleased. Wondering if an FSTB will make the car act more toward oversteer?

I got an addco(old version of the progress). I got it practically for free so i really didn't care which was better. But I am extremely happy with my FSTB and RSB combo. I can corner remarkably better compared to stock and its noticable at lower speeds just as much as higher speeds on expressway ramps. Definately another worthwhile mod.

They're called Stealin for a reason. Congrats on the purchase. I'd always go with SWA even if they are a bit more expensive than EBay or elsewhere

this seams cheap for a fstb shipped. $67. Would it be worth it? is this one any better or worse than the customenterprise one?
