Maybe he means he took the bolts out but the caliper wont come off. Take a big azz screwdriver jam it between the rotor and caliper and ply, dont know if this helps?

I try to unscrew them but they will not unscrew from their current position. What in you opinion needs to be done?? I tryed to pry out the bolts while unbolting them at the same time but no good. Has anyone had experience with this mess???

First suggestion,
If you have a Punch and can see the other end of the bolt, "lightly" tap it out. Don't use to much force so that you don't damage the caliper. After a couple of taps, try to unscrew it again.

so it spins free and doesnt back out, this is the bolt from the mount to the caliper...try pulling the caliper away from the bolt ie: <caliper---bolt> while unscrewing it. it sounds like the bolt is in past the threads and just needs to be pulled back enough for the threads to catch.

could be worse....I look down at my wheel the other day (front right) and see that the upper caliper mounting bolt (smaller one) is COMPLETELY MISSING. GONE. Caliper had fallen down about 1" but not enough to hit the inside of the wheel. No idea how long it's been like that
thankfully, Joel (puppetmaster) had an extra bolt about a mile away

what you should do is use a vise-grip wrench, lock it on the top of the bolt, and turn and pull at the same time.
