Cattman/Addco RSB problems solved!
I got tired of seeing my RSB sitting in the corner of my garage so I decided to try and get it to work. I moved the rear brackets inward a little. No more clunking! I still think the Stillen RSB is most likely a better quality part but if you wanna pinch your pennies, you may be able to swing the addco bar.
I've got an Addco too and have only managed to get clunks a couple of times going too fast on bad roads with the trunk full - perfectly acceptable. One interesting note is that this behavior proves the stock shocks are velocity sensitive - the clunks only happened on very sharp bumps - not at all on slower ones.

I think "How do I get my ADDCO bar to stop thunking on a 5th gen?" should be a FAQ. Every time I see that question pop up I'll tell people to trim the bracket or just try moving the brackets inboard a bit. PD, I don't know why you didn't try that sooner?
As for clunks only on sharp bumps, that's because the sharp bumps "pull" the rear suspension further back (the bushings on the trailing arms compress more horizontally) allowing the bracket to catch on other parts. This differs from slower bumps which are handled solely by a vertical compression of the suspension. At least that's my theory.
