quick question...i ordered a set of DDE's and prolumen 6k HID fogs and they were going to ship out on Feb 22nd...i was give a tracking number for fedex to check the status...they were supposed to arrive yesterday...i have periodically checked the status on the fedex site and there have been no updates on the package since it left CA on feb 22nd.. before i call matt i was just wondering if this has happened to anyone before...i know matt has great customer service so i guess the bigger question at hand would have to do with fedex...anyway please let me know if anyone has any info or experiences...

i ordered mine and got them in 2 days so if they shipped fedex may be delaying it dont blame it on the company

 

go ahead and call the company. Don't ask here this question remember it is your money and you need to know what's going on. Good luck

 

Call Umnitza. Get them to straighten it out. That's why you pay them so much for the product
