where is the swirl control valve ?

where the hell is the swirl control valve i just got a 01 de-k cali spec and i need to remove the swirl control valve prior to the engine swap. If anyone has a pic id appreciate it.. Oh btw i just got my de-k with 9,500 miles on it :]

An auto transmission is around that price. That is a decent price for the motor, nonetheless.

The Swirl Control Valve is integral to the intake manifold, downstream of the power valve. I'm not sure it's removable, at least not easily like the power valve. The vacuum actuator for the SCV is on the left side of the lower manifold.

what's a de-k? 3.0L something? whats the specs on it. i could use a new motor!
