Thanks guys I have just the Stillen Aero front end BTW for body modifications, and VIS carbon fiber hood- more less to prevent paint chips in the OEM hood (which was all messed up after even 3 repaints) and light weight over looks. I do not have a rear spoiler even, I like to keep mine simple, stealthy but deadly

Amazingly the paint holds up pretty well for 150K miles that I have.

blackbird, can you see your hood lift up while on the freeway? I don't have hood pins on my VIS but decided to buy some after driving on the freeway for the first time, since installing my VIS....above 80 is the scariest...i mean it doesnt shake or vibrate...it just lifts up and i'm just scared it will snap any second....what experiences do you have>?

Mine stays pretty solid, I've had mine up to over 130+MPH many times and I usually travel at 80-100MPH to work everyday and have no issues. I have mine sitting SNUG in the front by the latch so it doesn't lift up much. But it does shake a bit under VERY high speeds, I tend to focus more on the road than the hood at that point n time. I've had a "custom maxima" hood on mine before and that thing needed hood pins or it would have flied off for sure. It was a flimsy hood that not only looked bad but didn't fit well wortha ****.

man i love the car honestly but get the white corners and paint those wheels a vibrant or flourecent color it would make it alot "classier" and more expensive looking your making it look ragged. your cars way too clean for murdered out id say white and baby blue lime green or white. with white sidemarkers, just a thought bro

gets some black tape and wrape 2-3 layers around it. losen up the lock latch on the car just a little and push the latch down just a little. just eought for the hood latch to catch and lock close. for a tight fit...problem fix i have vis carbon fiber hood with no hood pins since last september and driving 80-130mph with no problem
