I would say go with the suspension upgrades first and then brakes when you need them and you will need them at some point. I have already done the FSB and Stillen RSTB on my 2003 and they both make a difference in handling. Next on the list is a set of H techs and Illuminas. Might add the front tie bar fom Blemco now that I know it exists.

If I do anything on the motor, it would be an intake or some form of GAB. I have no need for headers or exhaust work, since I am happy with the overall power of the Max. I don't autocross or run the quarter mile, so I went with suspension upgrades since I can enjoy them with my everyday driving.
