What warranty are you referring to? There are many different warranties and they all cover different things and have different terms. Please clarify in order for us to help you.

If you're referring to the federal emissions warranty, O2 sensors are only covered 3yrs/36k.

in that sentence...are you pronouncing 'read' like 'reed', or 'red'

if youre saying it like reed....this is just another useless comment from someone.
if youre saying have i already read (red) the contract....then thats a valid question.

yes i have read the warranty. it simply lists 5 pages of things that it doesnt cover. o2 sensors are mentioned as covered or not.

Once again...i know dealership service guys are on this board so i know they will be able to tell me. Obviously if i dont find out tonight...ill call dealership tomorrow

Be sure you order the Correct Sensor!!

O2 sensors are only for 2002 Maximas.

If you own a 2003, for example....you need to order a O3 sensor...2001 needs a O1 sensor, etc.

Hope this helps!

And yes....I know I am going to get my butt flamed for this one.

Thanks
