I'm trying to install the in-cabin micro filter and am stumped on the first step of the directions. (Feeling pretty dumb about this). Can somebody tell me what the "lower glove box finisher" is?

The first step is to remove the three clips that hold this in but I don't see anything that resembles the panel as described. Anyone done this already?

Ignore it

The glove box finisher is not present on the Maxima (I assume the I30 has some type of plastic panel underneath the glove box).

Here's a link for the installation instructions. How did you get the $39.16 price? (Courtesyparts online has it for $44.95)

Does anyone have any written documentation about the in-cabin microfilter?

I bought it as part of my new, made-to-order car based upon the advertising hype to minimize dust, pollen, etc., in the cabin, and have been told you should replace the filter every 30K miles, but the people at the 800-Nissan number told me to talk to the dealer about getting a brochure (since they only supply the brochures to dealers--not to Maxima owners!), and the dealer where I bought the car referred me to the lead service writer...who managed not to return my voicemail since I left the message several weeks ago (and I haven't been back to the dealership, either).

Thanks!

I went to the instructions page and wherever I point my mouse "strut tower brace" pops up! Is that a sublimnimimal(sp) message from CourtesyParts or what?
