Alot of vibration...

I was driving yesterday with no problem to JFK, After picking up the person, Driving home i noticed alot of wheel vibration and shaking with some noise coming from drivers side front wheel. I didnt hit any potholes or anything.

Now it wont stop. its especially noticeable at 55-60mph the car pulls to the left side but that was always like that, What would make it vibrate like this..

thanks

could be a balljoint, tie rod end, wheel bearing, or one of the balancing weights came off your wheel....put the car on jacks and check for play in the balljoint and steering tie rod. If they feel tight, hold the wheel at the 12 and 6 positions and wiggle, checking for bearing play. Then look at the wheel and make sure all the balancing weights are there.

Thanks, I actually did the wheel push while the car was on the floor and i heard this clicking sound on one side. at first i thought the lug nuts were loose, they werent so its more likley the ball joint right? Thanks!

if you jack your car on that wheel you can figure out which one is bad up and play is the ball joint, side to side play is tie rod end, and the entire wheel moving with no signs of damage to your joints, its the wheel bearing. i just replaced my passenger side wheel bearing and outer tie rod end.
