Btw, confirmed tonight that I do get that hesitation between 2800-3000 rpms in 2nd, 3rd, and 4th (didn't try anything higher). Its still pretty consistently there.

Did throttle and accelerator pedal learning procedures and that got the throttle to read 100% at WOT on the AFC, which is a good thing, but it didn't change anything to do with the hesitation and jumpy torque curves.
Checked all AFC connections and they look good.
Getting a new MAF from another .Org member this weekend to see what a new MAF will do...
