FSTB install link help request
Its been awhile and a lot of new faces here, good to see.
To the matter, the How to link on the sticky thread now leads to a dead link.
Its warming up and after all the nonsense of my local dealer I'm rolling up the sleeves again to do some work of my own.
FSTB with pics would be great, the concept is easy, but just want to do my homework as I haven't done this stuff in the last 3 years and would like to avoid "dumb" problems.
:attention
Thx

Step 1: Park car in level surface
Step 2: Unscrew strut bolts
Step 3: Install FSTB according to instructions. If hitting IM, remove FSTB and place (1) 3/8" flat washer on each tower bolt, re-install FSTB. Check Clearance on IM and Hood.
Step 4: Using a torque wrench, tighten each tower bolt to 35-40 lb/ft.
Step 5: Recheck Clearance.
Step 6: Admire the bling.
Pretty much a "rough" guide.

No known write-up, but its pretty simple as he said^.
Here's how I describe it:
Just remove the 3 strut upper mount nuts on each side, put the FSTB brackets over, secure the bracket down lightly with the nuts, adjust the screws in the bar so that you can fit it in with the brackets flat on the strut tower, and then torque the 6 nuts to 39-54 N-m.

There is a writeup on VQPower.com but the thing is the site is hacked by russians (according to my russian friend).
