I have the top one and I had to buy an extra bolt for it. Also, if you tighten it too tight it becomes really notchy. For some reason, it throws third off gear also, you have to push it to the left a little bit. The height will be the same as stock but the throws are really short. Also, it will move the shifter placement higher; your nuetral will move to about third gear position when installed. But, I only paid $10 after hardware cost.
