This is what I'll be buying as a wheel upgrade from the 17 X 7 Black Monsoons I have on the car:

Mille Miglia Avia II @ $389 per wheel from tire rack.
Size 18 X 8

Problem is I have not found any specific offset information for these wheels on the web yet.

Anyone Know??

I want the wheel to stick out some...Away from the hub, but not to much for the tire to throw mud and dirt up on the door panel, instead of more space towards the wheel well. What offset is good for this??

What tire sizes work best for 2K1-SE without rubbing against the shocks around the wheelwell?? 225-45-18 or 235-40-18 or 245-40-18

 

Without knowledge of the offset, I'd go 235-40-18.
