Pulsating idle speed on 2k3 only 18k miles

My mother is about to get a 2k3 SE TE with only 18k miles on it, I went and test drove it, and it has a this light pulse in the idle speed. The tach dosent move, but you can feel it. I was thinking it may be the injectors or valves just being gummed up from the previous owner never driving too far, but then I was thinking maybe the MAF. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated...

My 02 used to do the same thing. The tech doesnt move bt you can feel it throught the steering wheel. It only did it once and a while not a constant problem. I wouldn't worry about it cause I didn't have any problems

I have the same thing with my 03. I noticed it when I bought it at 11k miles, I have 28k now. I had the dealer look at it and of course there was nothing wrong.

How much are they askign for that Max?

She paid $19,700, which was a little high, but I must say besides the light pulsing the car is in immaculate shape.
I am going to run some injector cleaner through it, I am just hoping it is not the MAF.

I doubt it's the MAF, my car runs hard.

cool,
Hey do the 5.5 gens have the same issue with the coilpacks? I looked at them at the dealership, and they didn't have the Grey dot like mine, but them had like a faint grey circle on each???
