Fog Light Problem!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a few questions....I am in the process of replacing my foglight bulbs on my 01 with Luminics yellow H3 and am having a few problems. I looked in the FAQ's and stickies on how to replace these but could not find a good writeup with pictures. I am able to take off the splash covers to get to the foglight and also took off the 10mm bolt that holds them in place.. I remember reading elsewhere that you have to push real hard to get them out.(pushing towards the front of the vehicle) I did this and thought I was going to give myself a hernia.....
Any help or thoughts would be appreciated..... I am not about to give the dealer $40 to do this when I know it is not that hard.....Thanks

The housing tends to get stuck on there pretty bad, i had to hammer mine out with a mallet and a blunt screwdriver (wrapped tip) as it wouldn't budge regardless of what i did. It eventually gave way.

there is a thread about how to do this from a few days ago, but soundmike is right, use a screwdriver to push on the "buttons" that are sticking through at the top.

found the thread...... here it is.

I think the 2k's and 01's are the same.

Thanks,one more question............

Soundmike and BRINKLEY- Thanks for the insight on the foglights. I remember seeing those two white tabs on top of the housing. I will try to push on one of them tomorrow or tap on the metal buttons protruding through the white clips... Also, Is there an easy way to unplug the wiring harness? I could not get this unplugged and tried to do this with the tab on the side of the harness. I did not want to break the wires since they are so d*** small.... Is there a quick way to undo the harness?????????
