RockAuto for Ignition Coils?

RockAuto for Ignition Coils?
Hi,
I am just curious if anyone here has bought their replacement ignition coils from RockAuto. Most places charge around $80 per, but RockAuto is about $56. I'm wondering if there is a catch.
Also, I signed the online petition asking for a recall of the faulty ignition coils. There are over 2700 sigs, so it's proabably a big problem.
Luckily I'm leaving the country and selling my car. Overall I'm not happy with Nissan, I've had every problem in the book that Maximas experience, warped rotors (replaced), auto tranny tsb, engine mounts, ignition coils...
I hate to say it, but if I end up getting another car, it's going to be a cheap, bare bones civic...

I called the number, dave wasn't there and they quoted me a price of $99 each, I mentioned that someone on this board got them for $58, and the guy said that price is probably less than they pay for them...
anyone recommend any other stores?

Try www.courtesyparts.com, they have them for around $65.43/ea which is not a bad price.

bc I had one replaced (the only bad one at the time) when I had my engine mounts replaced...
since then my CEL has come on and they tell me the rest of my ig. coils are bad...
I have an order placed with Courtesy that I did online, I'll cancel with them (if I can) and then call Dave up...

Guys, FYI... the 2002+ SE-R Spec-V coils will work.. the plug is angled a little differently.. but, they do fit.. Just swap over the boot portion to the Spec-V coil, and you get the proper length. The only one that MIGHT not work, is that last plug on the passenger side/rear of the engine, that's angled sorta funny.. I dunno why VQ's are blowing coils up.. the QR guys NEVER have this issue to my knowledge..

I had the same symptoms specified in the TSB NTB01-059 and my VIN # complies as well. When i opened and took one look at the currently installed coils, they have the "grey" dot on them already. Does this mean that i already have the corrected version of the ignition coils ? How do i make sure that the coils i have is the bad ones ??
