HELIOS H.I.D. BI-XENON Plug & Play Kit

Just wanted some feedback about the HELIOS H.I.D. BI-XENON Plug & Play Kit sold by maximabest.
I am new to HID lighting so just wanted to know from more experienced members out there. Is this a quality kit, easy to install, reliable. Is there anything better out there or the same price range I should consider?
Any negatives? Is there a glare issue?
thanks for the info.

i think its good. maximabest normally offers lifetime warranty on his products, check that before purchasing but he has sold tons of kits on here and i hear nothing but good things. If i could afford it, i would be all over it.

I was going to get them, but I decided to go with the Stillen lip and save the HID's for another day...

Good stuff, I bought a kit from him and all good feedback. I actually ended up picking up some 2K2-2K3 hids so I am now selling the kit I got from him. I have everything but the bulbs and I want $150 shipped for the ballasts and ignitors and plugs to connect it to your factory 00-01 wiring...

I'd like to get this kit, too, but won't glare be a problem with the reflector headlight housing on the 00/01's?

Could this potiential glare problem be illegal and/or cause the car to fail inspection? [lights are examined at the VA state inspection]

ALso anyone have pics of what this glare could look like?
thanks

I adjusted my beams down so that when I am following a car, the beams are below their trunk line. I've come across a couple of police cruisers up here and have not been warned about these yet. I have yet to drive the car down in the US.
