my drivers seat will not go forward or backwards..but it will go all other directions(up,down) i did however try it a day after i found it was not working and it worked, but now it isnt working again. ???any help would be appreciated

I had the same problem with my passenger seat, however it was the recline switch. I found that if I flicked it back and forth really quick a few times it started working again.

I believe your (and mine) switch is bad. The motor seems to work fine.

hit it with a screwdriver.. and you are good to go. It worked on mine...

 

I did that back in the day to my b&w tv and it got me reception, will this do the same?
