Weird sounds when I go over lil bumps

My max has been making this weird sound, Coming from the back I believe. It makes it when I go over bumps. At first I thought it was just something in the trunk squeaking but doesnt seem like thats it. I think its coming from the back right side of the car... Maybe a bad Shock or spring? help me please its so annoying lol

A long time ago I had a clunking sound from the rear corner when I went over bumps and it turned out to be a bad strut. However, if it's a squeaking then that might not be the case.

coil spring insulator??? Had a similar squeaking when going over series of small bumps and that was the problem.

check to see if the exhaust brackets haven't broken anywhere.

Thunk

I get the same "thunk" noise when going over certain bumbs. Sounds like the exhaust is loose, but everything is tight.

this is the same thing as my thread basically, and the consensus was that it was the exhaust, but it wasnt, it was my trunk bouncing up and down and rattling. its very VERY hard for us to diagnose it without hearing it. i had to drive around with someone in my back seat with the seats folded down to figure out what it was.

do you have lowering springs by any chance? my springs squeak a little over small bumps, they did that from day 1, a lot of springs do.

i suggest doing the same thing with a friend who can crawl around back there and try and pinpoint it. it could be anything from a loose screw to something in your spare tire well to something under the carpet to a door loose.
