It's finally nice out today, so I opened the sunroof. The one touch feature doesn't work anymore. I have to hold down the switch now. Anyone know how to fix this?

find the relay under the dash, unplug it and then plug it back in. should be grey in your car.

there was just a post on here on this page or the next page about this. you can either pull the relay for the sunroof, or just disconnect your battery for a few minutes and reconnect it. in that thread they also mentioned a sunroof reset that you can do from the stickies.

I had the same problem, Jason. For me it was fixed by turning the car off and just fiddling with the switches.

On the button that makes the sunroof tilt up/down, press the down side for a few seconds. You will hear a clicking noise. Let go of the button - your sunroof is reset. Enjoy.

I actually used to have the same problem, where it would stop working out of no where. Think its just a problem we all face here and there with the maximas. I've seen many many posts on this issue

thats the, "my sunroof isnt working" at the dealer- "ok we'll take a look at it" an hour later, "your car is all done, we just had to do a computer reset and switch a relay to get it working, thatll be $89.95"

From what I have read on other posts about this it can be solved the same way. Try the reset procedures these guys have put up above. Should work the same for you.

Silly question... my sunroof has a toggle button, and a slider. The slider has like 5 settings corresponding to 1/5, 2/5..5/5 open. It also has a black toggle button that when the roof is closed, causes it to tip open in the back.

What are you guys refering to? Do you not have the slider?

02 SE ... hlsd, no bose/leather
