Neon Undercar Install Question

I just bought Streetglow Optx neons and Im having alot of trouble figuring out how to mount these on the bottom. The wiring isnt a big deal its just getting them on securely and not "rigged". Pictures would obviously be the best help, the sideskirts are giving me the main trouble because the bolts are kidna in the way.

just tape them up there with duct tape.. you'll need to be able to take them off easilly once you get pulled over anyhow.

Note to self: sell car before the ricers takeover of the model. Sell it to a ricer and charge a permium.
