Are all AE Cali Spec?

I am looking to buy an AE Maxima and I think that I might have heard before that all of them are Cali Spec. Also I would like to hear any feedback from AE owner on any problems they came across with 2001 AE Maxima. Thank you very much in advance for your input.

Yes. IIRC, all 2001 maximas are cali-spec.

I have had any problems associated to the original equipment that came with the vehicle. Currently at 70k miles.

Thanks to everyone for their input, does anybody else would like to share what problem they might have had in the past with their AE?

Generally speaking, 2001's are very reliable. You only really have the coil problems in the 00's (correct me if Im wrong). The AE's are an all around awesome car. I really wish they had the VQ35 in the 01's but Im still really happy with my VQ30.

Thank you so much as well. Are there any other AE owner who would like to share their experience with me.
