Small misfire @ idle ????

I have a 97 with a 01 de-k motor in my car, when i put my hand on the intake manifold i can feel a slight shudder to the motor every couple seconds or so. Its very slight so im not sure if its coil pack starting to fail or maybe a injector or what. But its a little on the annoying side. It drives great it doesnt misfire... No codes for a misfire however i do have a code for the crankshaft pos sensor on the bellhousing because chipped one of the signal teeth by accident but the misfire was occuring long before i chipped one of the teeth. So i was wondering if anyone could help me with this problem.. I have not yet hooked up the VI. But i do not think that would cause a misfire but please feel free to correct me if im wrong.

have i slit shudder and you wouldn't feel it if you wasn't looking for it i bet they all do it keep in mind it is a V6 if it were a V8 would be much smoother

nope the idle is great. doesnt go to low or to high. Doesnt misfire while driving and you really cant tell its misfiring unless you put your hand on the motor. I dont remember my vq30de doing that so thats why i am confused but i was thinking maybe because of the variable intake. But who knows. Ive changed the plugs injectors looked great. And no ecu codes so im pretty much stumped maybe its normal... maybe not thatsa what im trying to figure out since it doesnt affect my drivability.
