bahhh damn ses!

pullin out of my driveway yesterday (in reverse) rpms dip below 500 and car feels like its gonna stall. press the gas car just jerks. dash lights flickered on and off as if the car stalled but then the rpms jumped back up to normal and car was ok. did it again this morning. now its eating gas and feels a little sluggish sometimes when hitting the gas. ses light is on. i'm bringing it to the mechanic this week but maybe someone here has some input? my first guess is a fuel injector but i dont know. i have a 01 gxe with about 32k

nope...definitely a mass air flow sensor. just changed it out and put in a brand new one. car feels awesome. idle was perfect, car pulled incredibly strong. definitely a wise investment in getting a new one.
