So i decided to change my plugs today on my 2000 maxima SE. Everything went smoothly but how do you get that last plug out closest to the throttle cable. Its the plug that is closest to the drivers side on the rear bank. I can't seem to get that coil pack out at the right angel and i'm afraid of bending or breaking it. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

 

twist and turn it? just be gentle.

 

I can't really twist it. The ignition coil assembly has to come out at the right angel or it won't come out at all. The angel that I have to take it out at has the throttle body cables as well as other components in the way. The link below is the assembly that i'm having trouble getting out for that only cylinder.

put a few drops of oil on the place where is sticks and it will glide out...

 

that long piece is flexible...its just wire with a rubber cover. pull the pack out a little bit and then pull it forward...the rod will bend. it will slide right out
