Hehe ... I was recently at a Ricer shop ... and I happend to stumble upon a "SPECIAL" that they were having, and I've been able to Pick out a Brand New Item for the "OSCAI"

I've done some Measuring and stuff and it "SHOULD" Work ... I just need $90 (Canadian)

If I get it ... I'll have ALL the Power of a CAI without Voiding Warrenty!

i guess im somewhere near OSCAI 2.0 cause my 1.0 was just a pipe going down to the splash guard... my 2.0 i cut the splash guard out and i routed the pipe under the radiator and into the front airdam facing forward to get a total ram-air effect... but i bent the pipe on the bottom a little... coming out of a steep drive way... i didnt bother fixing it yet cause im waiting for Hogans new intake to come out!

Hrmm... Maybe instead of 1.0 and 2.0.. we should name stages like turbos...

Stage I: Removed L-Pipe or cut hole in scoop (for 2k1 models)
Stage II: Downpipe
Stage III: K&N Panel
Stage IV: Some sort of ram air
Stage V: Stillen SC

We should found the Ooglie Research University. Have it be a new message board on the site where the ooglie inventors could share tips and how-to's.

I am in charge of the girl's cheerleading (aka bikini) team, try outs are at my house friday night, bring a bottle of liquor and wear you skimpiest outfit... ex-XFL cheeleaders are welcome...

We need a dean for each college...

College of Intakes and Throttles

College of Suspension

College of Engines and Transmissions

College of Body Modifications

College of Decorative Arts (Rims, Paint, tints, etc)

College of Interior Design (panels, leather care etc)

What did I miss?

Oh yeah, College of Audio Engineering...

Perfect!

Maybe I'll just be a Professor At Large, since I have experience and expertise in almost all of our fields of study and instruction...

To Empz and those who cut their splash guard

Empz: tell us more detail....so we know our $$$ goes to ur R&D on OSCAI but not on girls =) j/k

Those ppl who cut their splash guard....
my OSCAI faces foward aslo and instead of cutting it....I drill about 20 holes on the splash guard. My question is....how much air does our OSCAI really need? cutting holes seems to expose OSCAI to the environment and more dirt will be sucked in...and therefore, more work for our filter.

Re: LOL ... STUPID

that means our OSCAI looks ghetto no more?
but it is a long route from the splash guard to the scoop then the airbox and finally to our engine....but worth a try, I will donate some $$.

or maybe we can seal the front opening of the scoop after the new filter is installed...
