5spd vq35de

yea i know its very hard to do a auto to 6spd swap on the 3.5 because the linkages are diff..... but is it possibly to do a 5 spd swap....and well it be better then the automatic. and is it possible casue i herd all the bell housings are the same

I called maximum tuning about the 6spd swap already. It hasn't been done on the 02-03 maximas. They have done a 5spd 3.5 swap supposedly, so I guess the 5spd can work. I am looking into having the Maximumtuning guys do tthe 5spd swap or if they can do a 6spd swap in the coming months.

The 5.5th gen came with shift by wire while the 5th gen and all other maximas prior where rod shifted.

whateva linkage the 6 spd has thats soo hard to make the auto to 6spd... man i wouldnt mind doing a 5 spd swap. how are the ratios compared to the 6spd..

my friend is working on that , he said that they bolt right on. so hopefully it works then i will let u guys know...
