spark plug question

I read up on NGK's site about spark plug heat ranges. I was jus wondering if I have exhaust, with headers and all that and intake and am planning on getting my timing advanced a little bit,, what would you recommend as a heat range. Do I stay stock at 5 or go colder or hotter??

stock should be fine with you the bolt ons you have listed. unless you are pinging badly, spraying or have forced induction there is no need for colder plugs. i believe some have tried one step hotter in their all motor 3.5 setups but nothing beneficial came about to my knowledge.
