the wind noise is coming from the BACK PASSENGER side window. isn't very loud and goes away with music, but the back passenger still hears it. you can't feel it when youre driving and the car DOESNT leak water.

So does anyone have any idea where the wind noise can be coming from?

there is a service bulletin about this, however the fix that nissan provides sucks and doesnt do anything. The best way to fix it is to add some foam to the inside of the door moldings on the rear doors underneith the the weather stripping for the windows. If it doesnt work, you are probably out of luck becuase it is just a poor design job on that rear c piller/door area. Every single maxima has the same problem.

I tried the link right after I purchased the car. It helped out, but I never got the window trim piece back on properly. Its doesnt stay snug and fit to the door. If you take the foam out, it will go back in, but it'll be noisy again. Im gonna have to redo it when I get a chance. Im gonna have to try a different foam trim piece.

yea i just shoved some foam weather stripping things into the groves of the windows and the noise is gone...i also did it to the front doors too and now it's very quiet cruising down the hwy haha oh i also stuck some weather stripping on the door...

looks ugly but it quiets the interior even more so it's all good when i put them on it was straight but i guess after i closed the door it changed the shape of it =/
