Best Brake Pads?

sorry if this is in the wrong section but i'd like to hear some recommendations for brakes pads, i'm gonna be buying some new rotors, either flat faced brembo's or slotted brembos and i would like your opinions...so far i am thinking

hawks hps

hawks ceramic

wagner thermoquiet

and i don't know which axxis pads are the good ones to get, what do you recommend everyone?

is there a solid carbon pad? or would that require a solid carbon disc too?

I certainly can't say these are the best, but I put a pair of Raybestos Quiet Stops (ceramic) on my 4th gen at 65k and they are still great at 140k today. Very good brake feel with these on the car, and I believe that because they run cooler they have resisted any further warping to the rotors which was caused by the factory brake pads.

I will also be putting these on my BRAND SPANKIN' NEW (to me at least!) 20th Aniv Sterling Mist/Grey Leather I picked up Thursday in Phoenix.

Carbotech Bobcats

They do dust and they do squeal but I got 40k miles out of them before I needed to resurface the rotors

Perfect timing as I need some brakes now too. I have the PBR Axis pads from the GD a while ago and I really do not like them. They wore off to quick and the break dust is rediculous! I have to clean my wheels every week because of this and the dust is just cacked up on the rims. But the stopping power is really good though.

Can someone suggest brakes with similar stopping power, but much less brake dust please? Also I dont want them to be "loud" and Ive read some threads a while back that the HPS tend to be loud am I mistaken? Anyways I would appreciate some help. Oh and this is with stock rotors.
