I know its really too soon (or is it with my car having close to 15,000 miles on it?) to change the O2 sensor in my max, but would there be any benefit to replacing the OEM with the Bosch O2 sensors? from everything ive read they seem a worthwhile investment, but should i mess with it or just wait?

Replace them when they're messed up. Save your $$$ for mods instead.

yeah, 15k miles is too soon. Usually O2 sensors start getting 'slower' before they trigger a check engine light. But, you should not need new ones at 15k.
