Car's suspension feels loose.

The car feels as everything is loosened in the front. I changed the sway bar endlinks and sway bar bushings but still get the slopiness in the suspension. The wheels seem sturdy, I checked by trying to move the wheels in the 12 and 6 oclock positions with my hands. Could worn out LCA be the cause of this even though wheels show no play?

could either be the lower balljoint (on the lca) or the steering tie rod ends as the likliest culprits.

BTW, whtmax, please throw a "yea" vote into this thread!!

Bad tie rods would most likely result in wheel vibration, misallignment. "Loose" feeling suspension is most likely your shocks/springs. Stock Maximas have pretty cheap suspension to begin with, so there usually always will be body roll if you don't mod. I added a front strut brace ($30-50) and that helped a great deal for me.
