I noticed that my car has a harsh grinding sound from the brakes when I press them a bit hard. When I'm going a bit fast and come to a complete stop and then go, I could hear the brakes grind a bit when I drive, I could even be going 5mph and when I apply the brakes they make that nasty grinding noise. Is that normal or is my S**t just messed up?

Maybe your rotors are warped. I've had that happen to my prior vehicles sometimes because I sprayed the brakes while washing my car before they were cool. Good luck.
