**Class-Action Lawsuit anyone???

As some may know, I recently oulled a P1147 code on my 02 Maxima. I turned the car over to the dealership on a Monday @ 8am, and fought with Nissan N.A. for the ensuing week. I finally ended up paying $681 out of pocket. This entire job should have been covered under warranty.

I know that under TSB #NTB02-051a (http://www.nissanhelp.com/Ownership/...NTB02-051.htm), many codes are covered. I have proof that this is a warranty job, but Nissan denied my every attempt to tell them different.

So, if you have had to pay out of pocket for this repair, which should have been covered under the 8yr/80,000 mile warranty, post here. Ive already began the paperwork to sue Nissan.

Anyone else in for a class-action suit? My lawyer has already asked if there is anyone else out there, so speak up.....

FYI, O2 sensors are not covered by the powertrain warranty.
