I wanted to know who on the board plans to get the new "Z"? Questions is it going to be the 240z, 260Z or 300Z?

Probably the 350Z or perhaps just Z. I've considered it but I don't see it in my future.

The new Z (prototype) was in Kingston Ontario yesterday and all week. I kept telling you guys about the International Z Show! I'm going back up to Kingston today for the autocross rally...some sick cars up there this week! Friday is the drag strip day! If you can make it to Shannonville race track today or tomorrow it will be well worth it. There are some seriously pimped out Z's of all years. Wicked!

I don't think it would be wise since they won't be making a 2+2 version. That means if the Max has to go in the shop, we'd have no way to get the kids around. We'd have to leave them at home ... hmmmmm ...

Well, the only reason I got into Nissan's was because of the Z (90-96 Zs). I had a 92TT, and Nissan impressed be beyond my expectaions. My 92TT Burned up in the fire we had last Christmas, so I had to get another car (2001 AE Maxima). I'm gonna get another Z32 soon, and probably the new 350Z if it's turbo charged.

new Z

I've read in one of the new car mag's that the new Z motor
will be used (in twin turbo version) in the new true Skyline that Infinity will eventually get, not that crappy one that is being talked about now (G35). Can't remember which mag..........

Well, when they release them in late 2002, I know they won't be turbo charged, that's why I said I'd only buy it if it's got a turbo on it.The Z will only be available in a NA Hardtop, and convertible version. But like Nissan did with the Z32, they never anounced a TT until later in the year, which came as a surprise to everyone. So I'm hoping they'll do the same with the 350Z.
