HELP: Which is cylinder #1 on 3.5L?

I am throwing a code for misfire in cylinder #1 (p0301). I think I know which cylinder it is, but I just want to make sure. Thanks in advance, guys.

front cylinder right bank (ie. firewall side - right side of car)

standing in front of car, looking at engine - left rear
