I have a 03 Max and the my center console seems to be loose. I checked all the screws anq everything seems to be tight. When i hit a bump it rattles, i want this to go away.
does anyone have a solution for this, or is everyone dealing with this.

 

is the whole thing rattling or is it only the armrest because sometimes that gets loose and rattles also which screws did u check? theres a few including next to the seat under the shifter and inside the armrest compartment

 

in other words how many screws "total" are you saying you found to be tight.

 

have you recently done any work on the car, that required removal of the center console? let us know how many screws you removed...theres a write up somewhere
