Empz, they're sneaky buggers. No email address in their "contact us" area. What's up with that?

I would call the 1-800 number and see if they'll give you one over the phone.

If you've got a serious gripe, put it in writing. Written letters get much more attention than an email since they require more effort on the sender's side.
