i have a 01 max with bose single disc/radio/tape..and every once in a while the screen goes blank and i have to do a "fonze" on it so it comes back on. anyone ever experience this?no other lights or anything in or outside of my car are effected. maybe a loose wire?

 

When I bought my car the CD, and radio worked just fine but there was no display/lights at all. I would have to assume it started off intermittent and later became more perminant. I was unaware of a fix so I simply dealt with it until I found a used H/U from here and replaced it. Good luck.

 

I smacked that b**** up and it quit the other day. I don't care... POS... lol.
