How does it effect the rear passenger's ride/comfort?

It is a very slight change. You may feel that the rear end is a little stiffer over some bumps, but it is not very noticeable.

I'll second this. It's noticeable if you are looking for it but chances are a passenger would have no clue.

I was roaming around Cattman's website. What's the diff between the rear anti-sway bar and the rear strut bar. Aren't they essentially the same?

Please forgive my stupidity

Go to my site and look at the Suspension page for pictures of the two.

Cool setup, Kev, but I mean the difference in function and performance. Is it necessary (as far as unnecessary modding goes) to have both or is one better better than the other?

Sway bar is MUCH better. It reduces body roll. The rear strut bar braces the struts (which really don't need much thanks to the multilink suspension) and does nothing for the body roll.

When I'm in the back seat, the car isn't moving... at least not forward!
