Rotors and Pads for my 2K

Where can I order STOCK rotors and Pads on the internet for my 2K GLE Maxima for a decent price? How much do you think it will run me?

I also have to go to Autozone to check my SES light that went on last week.
does Autozone fix the problem as well?

www.courtesyparts.com or PM DaveB from Southpoint Nissan for brake components. Autozone will tell you the code, what it means, and probably what you'll need to do to fix the SES.

The OEM pads are total crap. Get a set of hawk HPS pads and OEM blanks and you'll be right as rain.

Dan, gotta disagree with you on this one.

Picked up a the brembo blanks in a GD (group deal) in the classified section and am running OEM pads. This is actually the 2nd set of OEM pads I've used with my car and am very pleased with them.

Coby, if you're strictly looking at the OEM rotors and pads, follow the link in the first reply and check out Courtesy Nissan.

I recommend www.pinnaclenissan.com

easily one of the best dealerships out there...with great prices!

or you can go with axxis deluxe pads from auto_max95...they are just as strong and quiet as OEM pads...and a little cheaper too!!!!!!11one

Hawk HPS pads from www.autopartswarehouse.com with brembo blanks (from the group discount - importrp) would be my suggestion.

Well it would really depend on the OP's driving style. If he is a spirited driver, then the OEM pads may not be enough and eventually deposit pad material on the rotors. But if he is a more casual driver, light braking, then OEM pads would do well and the HPS will not. I've found the HPS pads REQUIRE bed-in to work well, and still needs a hard stop once in a while to avoid squeeling.

I replaced rotors and pads about 2 months ago. Went with the Brembo Blanks and Hawk HPS Street Pads. All was purchased at Tirerack.com. With this combo I've seen an improvement in brake feel...... there seems to be more bite. I also noticed that these pads create a lot less brake dust compared to the OEM Pads. Pleased so far......
