Same SES Code - Twice!

Does this make any sense to anyone?

I got the P1320 (Ignition System) Code, twice when I hooked up the Tester to the computer. I have no idea why it would readout like that. Does anyone have a clue?

I'm going to have a friend come over tomorrow and work w/me on the coils and check the wire harness as per some other posts... But seeing a code twice is a big odd to me.

Thanks

When I've gone to Autozone for the gas cap SES, secondary 02 Sensor, and the accelerator pedal sensor, their printouts listed the code twice for all three. Maybe the ECU is just sending the signal twice and the scanner doesnt check for duplicates, so it prints out both. Whatever the reason, just get it fixed and the code(s) will go away.

The code appearing twice is not a big deal, your potentially bad coils are. Please refer to the other existing threads on this. There have been several discussions on that this month.
