nah, the thread starter. He had an earlier post that these lights were from his friend's car which was getting repo'd. He asked about getting the headlights and I think the thread was locked. IBTL, I told him to grab the OEM side skirts.

not to be insensitive...but do we really need to see pictures, let along more pictures? we all know what 02/03 headlights look like and we know what they look like on an 00/01.
this isnt anything new and the pictures should be in the picture thread

because you're never "insensitive," Jason

He has eyelids. Lights look fine, nice job. Not sure if I like those black eyelids on a non-black car though....
BTW, amimaxima....I suggest you never again admit to anyone that you had headlights that look like those 15K ones...talk about

you should read the rules next time...since you violated 2 by starting the thread
http://forums.maxima.org/showthread.php?t=253409

14) Threads or posts relating to "pics of my car threads" will not be tolerated. The exception of this rule is if the pictures are of a new or innovative mod that has not yet been discussed. Violation of this rule results in immediate Level 3 sanctions. Repeat violations will result in a Level 4 Sanction.

16) On account of the high probability for theft of 02-03 HIDs, any threads pertaining to them or their security features, removal, installation, retrofitting, etc..., will be locked and the poster banned if they have not shown proof of purchase or ownership. This applies to ALL members, no matter how old/new they are. Suffice it to say, NOONE is exempt. Please feel free to PM with any questions.

the great picture thread is x 100. People don't actually look at it, they just post their pics there.

I say post a new thread about whatever you want. If it is a subject that's been discussed a million times before, it will fall off the front page in short order anyhow....

i agree, that thread is pointless since im the one that fought with E55AMG2 about it.
i also think its pointless to post pics of headlights when we all know what they look like.
i didnt start a thread about my cleared HIDs...or the 00 SE tails i installed. we all know what they look like
