same thing my friends car 2003 is getting repoed and im trying to swap out parts with him. so far i got the 2003 headlights. and i want to get the 2003 shift console. i'd also like to get the 3.5 out of it but..............

 

Yes it fits no problem. I did it about a year or 2 ago. There's one screw you have to take out if I remember correctly. It's under your ash tray. It should just pull right out after that. It's held in by tabs so be careful not to break any.

 

whats the part number for the 2k2 shift console. and ca it be bought with wood trim already on it?

We are talking about the shift console for the 6MT. The wood trim consoles are on the GLE only and they are AT. Not sure if the AT consoles are interchangeable like the MT ones are.

You already swapped headlights. You're now looking to swap the console. If given the chance, will you not swap whatever else you can, short of, and including the engine?

People who know that their car's being repossesed will not give two spits about the outgoing car. Lord only knows what they have done to it.
