what is that and how good, bad, useless is that stuff?

I'm guessing some company with an ordinary octane booster went to NOS and came to an arrangement to use the NOS trademark for a fee or royalty. It looks like another marketing gimmick to me, pure and simple.
FWIW, there's only ONE fuel treatment I'll put in my gas tank, and that's Chevron Techron Concentrate. I don't care WHO endorses the rest.
