wiper arms rusting..

wiper arms rusting..

My wiper arms (the piece that the long arm pivots about) is rusting fairly bad. IS there a way to remove it and so I can repaint it? I will provide pics later..

I'll probably have to take pics of my car someday and show the 7-8 rust spots I have on the roof and door lining.

I've got a couple on my roof as well. They're from sand/rocks/salt during the winter months. It the price we pay for living in the north. I'm saving $$$ to get those fixed before they turn into real trouble.
