need help please...

My parking lights went out and so with the dimmer in my car. I have checked all the fuses like crazy and all of them are good. I even checked the big relay on the passanger side that says tail lamp and it still works too. I don't know what else to check. I did a poor mans search through the board search engine and found a bunch of threads but they all lead to 3rd and 4th gens. Matt Blehm posted on a few of those and said it could be a shorted wire due to the illumination on the back of my aftermarket radio or due to the brake light bulb having a short (since they are all connected). I was messing with my RCAs when it happened so I am thinking I tugged it too hard and the rear wire maybe shorted on someting. I would think, though, that a fuse would have blown. I went through each and everyone. What specific fuse would it be? Any help would be greatly appreciated since I cannot drive at night for the time being.

ok nvm, problem is back. I checked all my wires for shorts and I check my tail light relay under the hood on the passenger side, checked every fuse on the driver side both under the hood and under the dash. Last time I solved this I just disconnected the battery. I do not know what is going on this time.
